What do you like best? Our team performance and accountability has improved incredibly through Lattice updates and reviews What do you dislike? Simple design makes it easy to use.

What do you like best? I like that, as a team leader, I can review all of the team's feedback for the individual in question in the right hand column while I am writing the summary of the team member. That makes it very convenient and easier to see their peer reviews of each other when I am writing their review. It helps me to remember some of their accomplishments performed throughout the cycle. What do you like best? I like how easy it is to add people to review, how quickly the review can be submitted and how everything is already laid out and formatted ready to go. What do you dislike? I dislike (and this could be the fault of the company I work for rather than Lattice the lack of questions offered for reviews. What do you like best? What I like best about Lattice is there is a dedicated place where our company can focus on performance management. I really like that you can see your performance review over time as well as those who you manage. We use this tool to set quarterly and annual KPIs and keep track of things. Great system to challenge myself and keep me accountable to my goals.

What do you like best? I have loved using Lattice to help push me to reach my goals I have set for myself personally and keep me accountable. It has been a great asset to my team as we have also set goals for us to reach. Lattice is the best goal tracker and performance management software I've ever used.

What do you like best? Lattice is a valuable tool as it allows you to quickly assess peer goals and feedback and get back to your busy day!
