What do you like best? Lattice is a great platform that provides a single place to manage weekly 1:1's, goal setting and employee feedback. The weekly 1:1 feature has been my favorite part of Lattice because my manager and I get weekly email reminders to update important projects we are working on and how we are tracking towards completing certain milestones. What do you like best? Lattice is beautiful and easy to navigate and use. What do you like best? This is a great tool in aiding communication among team members and beyond to different markets. What do you dislike? It would be great to have a followup section where negatively rated scores could be marked as improved. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? It's easy to compare your own review and what the manger's feedback and review for you. Simple clean interface What do you dislike? Currently, nothing, as our company only used it 3 times. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It makes sure it held both you and your manager accountable for the goals and feedback that was provided.

Good Performance Tool

What do you like best? One of the best items within Lattice is the ability to provide Kudos/Praise for colleagues. Everyone deserves a shout out for a job well done, and Lattice provides an easy way to do so and encourage the company to take part! What do you dislike? I'm not a huge fan of creating the personalized goals. There is nothing holding a user accountable for any goals created, and they can be as generic as you'd like. Complete management system

What do you like best? In Lattice, we can follow our steps and goals to get along our work, receiving feedbacks from our managers and keep these instructions noted, and then see any time we need. Also, we can keep registered all the points about 1-1's and meetings, to see and talk about this in the future. What do you dislike? Great integrations for 360 reviews

What do you like best? I think the niftiest thing about lattice is the Slack integration that allows the entire company to have visibility into achievements from any department. It's not uncommon to be siloed on a department basis, however, the integration makes it very easy for me to see wins across the company and congratulate others on things I wouldn't otherwise have insight into. What do you like best? Super useful to track topics we want to discuss during 1:1s, me or my team members add them as soon as we think of them, so that we don’t forget anything What do you dislike? Easy to use performance management tool

What do you like best? 1. Easy to use interface. 2. Provides for all round review from managers as well as peers. What do you dislike? Nothing as such to dislike from an end user perspective.
