What do you like best? I like the ability to track goals on so many levels (individual/department/company and give and receive feedback/"kudos" - with a Slack integration. What do you dislike? I like that Lattice reminds you of upcoming 1:1s and agendas for those. However, if there's a change in the 1:1 date/time, there's no way to change that both on Google calendar and in Lattice. Very organized and love the tags!

What do you like best? I love the option to tag different objectives so that they are easy to search! What do you dislike? But I wish there was the ability to tag specific team members on specific key results. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It helps with keeping colleagues accountable and provides visibility to different teams' goals!

Good Performance Management Tool for both small and big teams :)

What do you like best? The UI/UX is good for users to navigate. The functions are enough for setting goals and activity reviews. What do you dislike? The goal I have completed keeps remind me about updating. I am a bit annoyed by that. What do you like best? I like the ability to set certain goals as in progress so I'm able to keep track which goals i'm ahead and in lack of. What do you dislike? There is't an option to log progress under each individual goal, which is something i recommend having What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Using Lattice to manager 7 individual contributor reports

What do you like best? Lattice helps me see status of projects and recognize completion and achievements. I work with each of my reports to fill out their goals in Lattice so that they have full clarity into how their performance is measured each quarter. Keeps me organized

What do you like best? Lattice keeps me focus on the goals of the week. I provide details on the goals and the road blockers I am facing. What do you dislike? Every Friday when Lattice tells me to give an update. Annoying, but necessary to keep me honest. Recommendations to others considering the product: Try out all vendors before deciding. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It keeps track of each issue, so we are organized.

Solid performance management application!

What do you like best? Being able to list what I focused on the past week and what my next week's goals are. Helps keep me a bit more organized than usual. What do you like best? The easy to read interface, notes sections, and reminders. It'd very helpful for performance management needs. What do you dislike?
