Iterative Performance Management is the right solution
What do you like best? Fundamentally, traditional performance management is flawed in the sense that getting a end-of-year review or even a quarterly review, requires you to retroactively review your accomplishments, build a strong narrative, and ultimately take you out of the context of doing your actual day-to-day job in order to build a case for your continued employment. Lattice solves this problem by fundamentally guiding employees and managers through an iterative meeting ...

Efficient Goal-setting and Easy Feedback
What do you like best? Lattice is an easy to use platform that allows you to house and keep track of all your goals and progress in one place. What do you dislike? The only thing I dislike is that other team members aren't using it. Perhaps if there was a 1-10 rating survey that coworkers could do, that would be an easy way to get them involved. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Lattice has allowed me to have real examples and ...

Easy to submit feedback and do 360 reviews
What do you like best? Clean User Interface, mobile-friendly UI, easy to submit and track feedbacks. Also, it's easy to schedule 1:1 and submits 360 reviews. What do you dislike? As an engineer's point of view, the org chart is not working quite well when using the MacBook touchpad to control. You can not easily use the touchpad to zoom in/out and move around the chart. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use Lattice Performance ...

Lattice keeps everyone on the same page and is nice to look at
What do you like best? I like the slick presentation and how easy it is to share feedback. What do you dislike? I feel like the platform heavily relies on widespread utilization, and is a little less helpful on an individual level. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I also love the organization chart - sometimes I'm not sure exactly who reports to who, and the visual presentation of the organization is very helpful.
