Lattice helped me to do more and better one on ones with my reports, peers and managers.

What do you like best? I use lattice as the one tool for one on one meetings with reports, peers and managers. It helps me to structure the meetings, going to them with topics already prepared. Also, since its synch with the calendar, it helps to do follow-ups on previously discussed topics. Lattice is a very convenient tool

What do you like best? The fact of having access to all your team members updates, goals, schedules, meetings and also feedbacks at the same platform, is something very helpful and organized. I like the way how we can give public praises to each others. I also like the feature that links the google calendar to the Lattice calendar, being this way, you can prepare for your meetings ahead based on the google calendar, you can note your talking points which you can go back and check later ...

Quicky and Easy to use!

What do you like best? Lattice easily allows me to review my peers. I am also able to call back previous answers. What do you dislike? Nothing! It is an intuitive app to use that easily allows me to provide holistic feedback to about my peers. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? With Lattice, I am able to track the growth of myself as well as provide feedback that allows my peers to grow as well.

Lattice has been extremely helpful ensuring I stay on top of giving feedback to my team!

What do you like best? I think the quarterly cycle feature prompting the feedback to be completed which is then followed up by a 1:1 meeting is great. It means I don't have to stay on top of scheduling this with my team as Lattice takes care of this for me! What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like that it's a great way to hold yourself accountable for areas of improvement What do you dislike? It would be great if there was a way to track progress to the opportunities/areas of growth that are given by teammates. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? One of the greatest benefits is realizing your strengths/weaknesses and seeing where to prioritize area of focus.

What do you like best? Lattice does its best to avoid review fatigue at review times by limiting the number of peer reviews that an individual can request. It also keeps the number of questions low to ensure people focus on the qualitative assessments that are more important to employee development. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like the company-wide feedback aspect of the tool. I think it has been helpful to give feedback that can be incorporated during reviews. It also helps maintain a company culture of feedback since it is widely shared and you can associate company values to it. Lattice helps me stay focused in a simple format

What do you like best? Simplicity...it's not overly complicated and the reminders help me update in an easy way. I also really like the peer review. Fantastic Performance Tracking Tool

What do you like best? Our main use of this product is for performance tracking, setting quarterly goals to make sure our team are developing through the year. Lattice provides a great tool for adding goals to each team member whilst offering a variety of way to track that goal. It allows us to check in with the team on 1:1s and discuss progress.
