Great software for tracking OKRs

What do you like best? The Simple design and minimal input from employees makes it easy to keep track of OKRs. What do you dislike? Not really sure what I dislike about it, it’s really simple, maybe more granular features that are specific to specific industries. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping track of quarterly goals

A useful feature would be the possibility to ask reviews for people outside of the organization as part of the annual (I found another way to do it but it ...

Consolidates performance management to drive actionable insights.

What do you like best? The benefit of a single-source of truth for performance management has been invaluable to my team. Knowing that 1-on-1s are systematized and easily referenced removes another set of slow-to-load Google Sheets/Docs which is always a plus. What do you dislike? I haven't had any major issues with lattice other than some less-than-obvious save states. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? A great tool for people management :)

What do you like best? The thing that I most like about Lattice is that all 1:1's are recorded and can be checked whenever you want. The 1:1 planning is also a great moment (you can put your subjects and data information - Private or public to your team. Besides the fact that the software has great gamification applied. What do you dislike? Sometimes the UX is not so intuitive. Example: The metric update can be difficult sometimes, mostly when the metric isn't the same every month. ...

Cool way to manage feedback!

What do you like best? Since we started using Lattice in our company, people is giving more recognition to each other using the tools Lattice provide. We manage easily as well our 1on1 meetings and appraisal reviews. What do you dislike?
