Simple and clear

What do you like best? The option is words instead of numbers to easier understand. Nice UI again. Great job. What do you dislike? I don't find any shortage about Lattice yet. Love it What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? With a small team, it might be do-able to deal with all of this yourself. But as your team and especially as your company grows, it's helpful to have services like Lattice help keep track of things like feedback sessions.

Great & useful tool

What do you like best? I've seen the evolution of lattice and it's definitely a tool to help you evaluate well how a company is going. What do you dislike? Very good to keep track of your company and personal goals

What do you like best? The design is sleek and its very visually pleasant. It's easy to keep track of your goals through the dashboard, especially with the help of key results. Dashboard is great. What do you like best? The UI is easy and intuitive. Makes performance reviews easy to do. Fast response. Loved the auto save feature. What do you dislike? Nothing. It works fast, the UI is clean. Simple UI and great for tracking!

What do you like best? Great way to track goals long-term and short-term; makes my job easy when doing employee reviews. What do you dislike? The layout of the reviews needs to have an optional condensed view so that there's less scrolling through blank space. Great tool for peer reviewing

What do you like best? Anonymous peer review allows colleague to leave comments on work and performance - always great to hear a mix of both things that are being done well and things which could be worked on. Having an open and honest way to give feedback (both positive and negative is a great tool for employees.
