What do you like best? I enjoy having a centralised area where I can look back at previous goals and feedback and measure progress over time What do you dislike? Great way to provide feedback to my managers.

What do you like best? I like that I can provide weekly feedback to my managers and update them about the status of my goals and how I felt my week went. I can provide my satisfaction and answer questions about any problems or roadblocks that I might have encountered. What do you like best? Lattice makes it easy to plan 1 on 1's well in advance with my direct report and pre-populate questions. It's also very motivating to receive praise from peers and rewarding to give out praise. What do you dislike? It would be good to have some training on how to use the full functionality of the platform, especially the "goals" feature. What do you like best? I love most the part where you get to talk about your goals you have! What do you dislike? I have yet to find something I dislike, but that’s a good thing. Recommendations to others considering the product: N/A What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No problem. My benefits are the way I perform at work though! I set goals, update them mid month and usually have them reached by the end of the month!

I have gotten amazing feedback and also been able to stay up-to-date with my company's updates.

What do you like best? I like how simple the dashboard is and how easy it is to perform reviews and receive feedback. Great Platform for tracking Check-Ins and Quarterly Reviews

What do you like best? I love how easy it is to make a list of items to discuss with my supervisor and that the list becomes it's own set of to-dos that roll over from week to week until they're complete. What do you like best? I've worked in a few companies which all used different tools in order to provide feedback. I must say that Lattice has made this the most efficient and friendly way possible.
