What do you like best? The system helps you set & manage all goals. Along with feedback from management or other employees. What do you dislike? System sends you frequent emails for updates. Sometimes they are expired goals. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have realized there are benefits in actively monitoring goals/performance.

After demo-ing--what felt like--every platform out there, we settled on Lattice and never looked back.
