It's small and focused but that might be its virtue

What do you like best? Most performance software feels so "heavy." Doing PM is sometimes a bit of a chore anyway and interfaces that express the complex rulesets that central HR or that the app builds off of all-too-often become warning or error messages in the face of the end user. What do you like best? Have used a bunch of performance management tools before none of it was as intuitive as Lattice. It clearly segregates the reviews you got, the reviews you gave the reviews that are pending on you. It also maintains a history of all the reviews you have got in chronological order so that it will be easy to assess yourself how you have improved over time. What do you dislike? Awesome tool to give and receive feedback

What do you like best? It's a nice way to set some objectives and do a follow up on them. Quite cool as it have a 1-1 conversation page to follow up with your manager the most interesting points.
