Great for organizing/accountability
What do you like best? I love the goal tracking. It helps me and management know how I'm tracking at a glance. I also find the weekend updates very helpful. Everyone in our company participates. I also like the weekly reminders to update Lattice. What do you dislike? I don't have anything negative to say. I am sure there is much more capability with Lattice than I even personally use. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Again, I think it ...

It's small and focused but that might be its virtue
What do you like best? Most performance software feels so "heavy." Doing PM is sometimes a bit of a chore anyway and interfaces that express the complex rulesets that central HR or that the app builds off of all-too-often become warning or error messages in the face of the end user. Somehow Lattice doesn't feel like an adversary I'm trying to outsmart; it feels like a series of thoughtful journaling prompts. What do you dislike? I'm not sure how it handles continuity in reviews. Due to ...

The best in the Business
What do you like best? Have used a bunch of performance management tools before none of it was as intuitive as Lattice. It clearly segregates the reviews you got, the reviews you gave the reviews that are pending on you. It also maintains a history of all the reviews you have got in chronological order so that it will be easy to assess yourself how you have improved over time. What do you dislike? Neat and clean, I don't dislike anything. Recommendations to others considering the ...

Will keep using it as it help me and the team to keep growing and performing better and better with the time. What do you dislike? There's nothing I really dislike. I have all the features I need and want, the ux/ui is quite nice and the application runs smooth. I still have to check ...

so easy!
What do you like best? Lattice is so user-friendly. The interface is easy to navigate and I love that it saves your work as you go (so you don't have to worry about losing anything if you accidentally didn't press save. What do you dislike? Sometimes it can be confusing to figure out what's what - where my personal reviews are versus those for my direct reports. But that's it - otherwise I think it's great. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...
