What do you like best? What do you like best? I like there is one platform to give and receive feedback, set goals and start conversations with colleagues. What do you dislike? Brilliant - Simple & Effective

What do you like best? We have been using Lattice for 12 weeks or so now. It makes ou process of weekly updates and 1-1's much easier. Even tracking personal goals, both short and long term is so much easier now, it gives Line Managers a chance to look in how everyone is doing and really speeds up the whole process. Lattice helps keep me on track with my weekly performance check ins

What do you like best? The ability to add items throughout the week, as they come to mind, to prepare for weekly 1:1s with my manager. Also writing weekly updates, and being able to go back and see previous weeks, helps me see my own progress over time and track how I am doing, along with feedback from my manager. Great tool for performance management!

What do you like best? Easy to use, good UX design, good way to deliver quick feedback or updates. I use it on a weekly basis to provide updates to my manager! What do you dislike? Since I only use it a bit, it's hard for me to comment. Perhaps it could be more intuitive or more engaging so that I end up using more aspects of it. What problems are you solving with the product? Great user experience

What do you like best? I like how lattice is so intuitive and user friendly, you can tell they spent a lot of effort on the UX of this tool. My employers are power users and I see how any organization would benefit from lattice while reducing the time spent on other such tools. What do you dislike?
