What do you like best? Peer feedback is tough to quantify and perform. This is a great way for teammates to share feedback and to dig into things that maybe on a day to day it would be tough to address. What do you dislike? Great UI, Simple and Notification-based way to get feedback from managers

What do you like best? Intuitive UI and love the notifications. What do you dislike? The non-descript email reminders, meaning that the headers can be broad and Gmail classifies it as "Other" and it gets lost in my inbox. What do you like best? Easy to use and straight forward. It is a great assessment for performance reviews at work. What do you dislike? It should have past performances within the site without the necessity to download a pdf. What do you like best? Being able to follow my steps and goals to get along our work and receiving feedback from our managers. What do you like best? Lattice makes it very easy and streamlined to provide feedback. I was done reviewing my peers in 20 mins. What I also liked was the fact that the answers are configurable as a manager. So you can measure your direct reports on the same metrics. What do you dislike? None.
