Simple, Straightforward UI That Gets the Job Done

What do you like best? The user interface is clear and easy to use. It feels super silky-smooth to review, and you forget that you're using a web interface. What do you dislike? There really aren't any disadvantages I can think of. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Lattice is very user-friendly, and it is an efficient way to review your peers and managers. I also like that you can pause your work and come back to it. What do you dislike?
