Simple to use effective tool

What do you like best? Great user experience plus downloadable, sharable pdfs for direct reports What do you dislike? Not much to be honest : it's a great tool What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Problems solving: having an effective, robust performance management tool Benefits: are able to keep all historic reports and feedback in one place

Tracking weekly updates and being able to reference them in 1-1s is invaluable

What do you like best? The ability to keep weekly updates that I can then view and reference whilst in my 1-1 with my line manager. It acts as a brilliant paper trail of what I have done, achieved, felt could be better. What do you dislike? Not being able to increase OKRs by a percentage value. When updating OKRs all I can do is write an update and then either complete it or not complete it. Sometimes i would like to say "okay, I am 20% of the way to completing this OKR" What problems ...

Great People/Performance Management Tool!

What do you like best? I love Lattice for putting my Goals, tracking them and having all of this on a timeline. It's also very easy to see how my colleagues / team members are doing. Lattice review was straight to the point & helped guide my ideas

What do you like best? The questions & choices of answers were complete. The multiple choices where detailed and there was room for more complete answers, rather than just yes & no. It is not always easy to review peers and yourself and having more that just 2 answers helped creating a more accurate review. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The ease of the website. The prompts are perfectly laid out so you never get "lost" on the page. You can easily find what you need and where you're going. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Useful for a company scale like WeWork whereby there's a global pool of employee to effectively do peer reviews / performance mgt What do you dislike? Lattice Performance Review is Great!

What do you like best? Helps make tracking and completing performance review a breeze. What do you dislike? The UI could be a bit cleaner, but it's still pretty good. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm not only able to do the performance reviews my company provides me for my peers, managers, and workers; but I am also able to easily look back at all past reviews for myself and my employees to see their growth and progress.
