Great performance management tool

What do you like best? The UI is very intuitive and easy to use. Great color scheme. What do you dislike? I did not have any complaints about Lattice. It is very easy to use and our managers did not have to do much teaching for the employees to learn to use Lattice. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We used it to set our personal goals for the year and to provide feedback on the team.

What do you like best? Lattice is very helpful for setting, organizing and tracking goals in measurable ways. Great to Track Performance and Progress on Goals

What do you like best? Gives a good visualization of your goals and time stamped updates of where you are and how close you are to achieving those goals. Also adding child goals to make connections between items is great. Also, being able to add people to separate goals makes it easy to distinguish which goals belong to who. What do you like best? It's very user-friendly. You have your whole board at a glance and always only one click away. I like that you can track updates (indefinitely?. And you can put comments everywhere! Also, they have a rating system that gives to your leader a quick indication of how you're doing. Lattice will even measure a trend from the employee's updates. What do you like best? I like the fact that it's very easy to use and that it looks very well put together. It looks very professional. What do you dislike? To be honest there is nothing that I don't like about this site. Lattice is a very strong tool. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It gives our company a strong tool in order to give each other great feedback to help one another improve our performance level.

Great for keeping track of goals

What do you like best? It's really helped our often track our goals better. It's been super helpful for getting consistent reviews done too. What do you dislike? There isn't really any glaring item I would wish to change. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? So far, it's been great for me to wrap my head around what I've been working on and some areas I could improve on. Helps me slow down and think a bit.

Lattice is great!

What do you like best? That is schedules your 1:1s so it's easy to keep track of regular catch ups and have discussion points to talk about. I find being able to update the progress I'm making much easier in Lattice than other review system (internal that has been used previously.
