Easy to Use!

What do you like best? It doesn't overcomplicate things. I really enjoy the simplicity of the product. What do you dislike? When I first jumped in, it took me a few minutes to find where everything was. However, once I did, it was very easy going forward. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's made it easy to share feedback, as well as track my quarterly initiatives in a simple manner.

Fantastic experience

What do you like best? Lattice makes the whole performance review process easier, quicker and clearer for all the parts involved What do you dislike? I have no downsides to mention about this product What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Before Latice, we used to make the reviews through our own system which lead to many unexpected situations, now, with Lattice, everything is way easier!

Intuitive tool for open communication

What do you like best? The ease of use and simple design is what I like the best. The feature upsides include things like the ability to store personal notes that depending on the tone of the 1:1, may or may not be used given their priorities or intent of the notes. Simple, easy-to-use tool

What do you like best? I like the ability to do weekly updates so that my manager is in tune with where I'm at and we can set our goals each week. What do you dislike? Nothing! I haven't had any problems with Lattice. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use it not only to provide weekly updates but to also take product knowledge tests that are then graded. It helps me track my performance and improvement.

Easy navigation and visually appealing layout

What do you like best? The layout of the site allows for easy navigation. I also appreciate that our company values are linked in the "company" tab. What do you dislike? There is nothing to dislike at this point. The layout did take some getting used to after having been used to another platform for several years, but once I had a chance to tour the site and practice providing feedback, it was easy to adapt. What do you like best? Lattice is very easy to use from both an admin capacity where you're setting up review cycles and from a reviewer capacity where you're completing reviews and/or providing generic feedback. What do you dislike? Once a review cycle is complete, the managers are given the user feedback first and then are given the opportunity to release the feedback to their employees.
