A great way to track progression on a personal and company wide level.

What do you like best? I like the transparency. Easily able to view everyones OKR's and track their progress. The reminders are also helpful in alerting me of old projects that need to be brought back into the priority list. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The overall user experience is very good. Everything I need is clearly visible whenever I need it. There is no clutter. I don't spend ages clicking everywhere to find what button I need to click. The integration with Slack is one of my favourite features. What do you like best? Simplicity is key for all the features Lattice has to offer. Ranging from the Employee Feedback feature to the Performance Management that helps you set up individual or team goals, everything looks and works flawlessly without over-complicating anything. What do you dislike? For the time being, I couldn't find any downsides for the Lattice suite. What do you like best? The ability to shout out my colleagues for exemplifying company values. What do you dislike? It is not always the most user-friendly. Great tool for people/performance management, and goal tracking!

What do you like best? Lattice is a very intuitive and easy to use platform that is ever evolving to add new and useful features. It is great to be able to see and track coworkers public goals and the peer review feature is implemented well. 1 on 1s are much easier to plan and prepare for with reminders, public/private notes, and talking points. What do you like best? This platform is so straightforward and easy to use. The UX is great. What I enjoy the most is being able to use their Slack integration where I can publicly praise my colleagues and not only is the feedback broadcast to every, but it is also recorded when it comes time for that person's performance review. What do you like best? I like that Lattice offers and organizes all elements of performance management for you.
