What do you like best? Lattice helps in Tracking the personal goals and it also helps in tracking the performance of the employee. Basically it is really good to have all the efforts documented. What do you like best? Lattice helps our organization give each other constructive feedback and cascade those feedbacks to managers and the team. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I believe it just make infinite times easier to do write your objectives in a structured way and also keep them organised and at hand the previous objectives if you need to look at them. Great tool for goal setting and feedback.

What do you like best? It's easy to set both work goals and personal goals, and Lattice sends you weekly reminders to update your progress. I also like being able to leave feedback either publicly or anonymously for my coworkers and managers--being able to let people know that they're doing an awesome job is a huge part of our company's philosophy. What do you like best? I love that Lattice lets you send private feedback to anyone. It's a great way to get feedback from coworkers and superiors without publicly calling someone out. What do you dislike? The goal setting feature is a little bit clunky. I wish it let you share goals with just a supervisor, instead of just making them public or private. What do you like best? Really easy to use and understand. Very user friendly. What do you dislike? SSO solution is a bit unreliable so I often have trouble logging in. What do you like best? The feedback function definitely! Giving colleagues little bits of praise when they deserve it makes our office much happier!
