Great for keeping 1-1s on track!

What do you like best? I like that I can add my weekly 1-1 items to Lattice, and so can my manager. This ensures that we are prepared for the meeting, and that we can each add things as they come to mind. We also have a clear record of everything we discuss. I also love the public shoutouts, which send to a slack channel. It is a great way to recognize other colleagues. What do you dislike? Great tool for recognition and transparency

What do you like best? This tool is great for giving and receiving feedback. We also have a slack integration which allows public feedback to be submitted to our recognition channel thus giving public recognition. What do you like best? intuitive UX and very easy to communicate with manager/ employees during the review cycles. What do you dislike? It's great for quarterly/ annual reviews, but sometimes hard to remember to use on a weekly basis for employee engagement What problems are you solving with the product?
