Great way to track performance over time!

What do you like best? I've been using Lattice for a little over a year, and it is so much more intuitive, user friendly, and scalable than other tools (or lack thereof! I've experienced in the past. What do you dislike? I don't think we were able to upload past reviews from other systems/docs so it's not truly a full historical picture -- it's just since we implemented Lattice. Over time this will become less and less of a problem, but starting from scratch is always hard. ...

Great tool to easily and affectively review peers.

What do you like best? What is most helpful about lattice is the navigation is easy to navigate. What do you dislike? What is least helpful about lattice is nothing that I can think of for now. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Lattice has helped me have all my reviews and shoutouts easily displayed under one roof.

Lattice works great!

What do you like best? Lattice was the perfect tool got doing peer review. It outlined everything I needed to do in a very succinct way. What do you dislike? Great for creating performance indicators

What do you like best? I like how you can easily set up updates that people can fill out in order to have a 1 on 1 meeting. Helps with giving a good structure with keeping those 1 on 1 meeting productive. What do you dislike? Makes painful reviews a breeze!

What do you like best? Where before Lattice, our review process felt super disjointed and I never really understood what I was supposed to be doing, Lattice makes it super simple to know what to do next. It's really straightforward to log in and see what my next action item would be. What do you like best? What I like most about Lattice is the clean and modern User Interface (UI. The application is super easy to user, and no training is needed. What do you dislike? Lattice - a great tool for tracking development

What do you like best? First and foremost, it has a very easy functionality and I quickly adopted it into my day-to-day. I love the 1-1 tool which allows me to track my performance with my manager, as well as engage with my reports & additional colleagues on a deeper level.
