User Friendly, Comprehensive, and impactful.

What do you like best? Lattice provides an easy to read, well-thought out approach to performance management. It is easy to understand how an individual is doing, and identify common themes through its peers eyes. What do you dislike? To date, I really do not dislike anything. I enjoy using Lattice. Fast, convenient and efficient

What do you like best? The goals page is very clear and objective, facilitating the use and establishment of goals and projects. And, is very simple and fast to give and request feebacks from each other. What do you dislike? The 1-1's area is a little hiden and it took me a while to find it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Goal settings and progress. I can visualize and establish them more easily.

Great Tool

What do you like best? This tool is easy to use. It is pretty straight forward and easy to navigate. Love Lattice!

What do you like best? I love being able to have all feedback personally (and for those I manage in one spot, where I can constantly reference. It helps our employees track goals and continue to grow in their current roles and beyond. It's an effective way to organize big wins and areas of growth simultaneously. What do you like best? Lattice is a very easy way to set goals and do performance reviews. What do you dislike? I would love more guided progress management on goals. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am doing a ton of work on career development through Lattice, and it really helps to write it all out

Performance Management

What do you like best? Easy and good way that you can show your performance to the upper management, without scheduling one on one with the managers. What do you dislike? At this point there is not something that I don't like, right now I think that there are only good things coming from this software What problems are you solving with the product? Good, easy to use and effective

What do you like best? Very easy to use, great for performance tracking, intuitive application. I particularly enjoy being able to nominate people in my team to give me constructive feedback and help with my personal development. What do you dislike? So far I would not say I have found any downsides of using Lattice. Efficient and useful platform to review people

What do you like best? Lattice feels like an efficient and modern way to review colleagues. It doesn't feel heavy like many other platforms I've used for reviews. Reviews always take a long time, and lattice does too, but it feels more useful and less bulky than many other programs I've used. It definitely feels like a more modern upgrade. What do you dislike? Easy to use and manage

What do you like best? The platform is extremely easy to use. What I like the best is that you can schedule 1:1s with your manager/team from within the platform. It sends you a reminder email to give you a chance to collect your thoughts before your meetings. The flexibility to give private and public feedback to your peers is also very helpful.
