Easy and detailed feedback

What do you like best? Great for submitting quick and easy feedback. Also works great a feedback meeting prep. What do you dislike? Feedback metrics can be slightly simplistic, however written feedback often makes up for this. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Feedback meetings are a lot more beneficial when you are able to give an agenda beforehand. Also great for tracking goals.

Great tool that allows me to track my KPIs and progress

What do you like best? I like the UI and how easy it is to navigate. My company have recently adopted this for each of our client teams, and it makes managing my KPIs/Goals really easily. A structured yet fun way to track progress and create goals

What do you like best? Lattice has a very intuitive dashboard which makes everything easy to find. Having used a number of different tools like this I have been pleasantly surprised by all the different ways it can be used. Very intuitive, user friendly, and simple straight-forward interface.

What do you like best? The user interface and main portal page is very easy to navigate. The available tools to use (even though our company has not implemented use of every field just yet also keeps everything we need consolidated into one portal, so the ease of finding the information we have accumulated is phenomenal. Clean and easy to use

What do you like best? The intuitive functionality and the clean UI of Lattice is what I like most. The reminders and updates are also timely and effective. What do you dislike? It may be more user error, but I tend to get ongoing 1:1 alerts for a 1:1 that was only schedule once. What problems are you solving with the product? Easy to use and extremely helpful to gather and provide feedback

What do you like best? The ability to gather feedback from different stakeholders and employees from different areas in a single and ordered way. It's the perfect tool to follow up on next steps with each direct report you manage and works incredible well to support your efforts when looking to promote employees.
