A fast and efficient tool.

What do you like best? I found Lattice to be a very convenient solution for tracking my progress at work. I've tried several services of this sort, but Lattice seems to meet my requirements better. Simple Team Goal and Performance Tracking

What do you like best? Lattice is the goal tracker I didn't know I wanted. I use it to manage my weekly one on ones, as well as track team goals, give praise to colleagues when they embody company values, and keep my biannual performance review notes all in one place. Easy goal and conversation tracking

What do you like best? Setting goals through Lattice is easy. I can track both short-term quarterly goals as well as long-term career goals with progress updates along the way. Setting up meetings, discussion topics, and next steps is also very easy and makes weekly 1-1 meetings simple to set up and track. What do you dislike? No downsides that I can think of yet. What do you like best? It was a relatively easy UI to navigate and easy to write the reviews. It was not too long in length, or too short, and I felt the questions asked were easy to answer for all employees. What do you dislike? Really helpful on building a trust and improve productivity in the team

What do you like best? On the daily base, we all know how hard is to give feedback to each other. We also forgot to thanks those around us either it is out boss, team-mate or team member. Lattice help with it and help us arrange a constructive discussion of appreciation and things that have to be improved. What do you dislike? It works well

What do you like best? Streamlines a difficult process — setting up goals for yourself is difficult, the framework provided makes it that much easier What do you dislike? It would be nice if it gave a little more guidance around what good and bad goals look like. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? For me, it serves as an explicit communication tool that has replaced what was an implicit, informal model. The official record is super useful.
