Wonderful for lower and upper level employees alike!

What do you like best? Lattice, as a lower level employee, is wonderful. It allows our employees to submit and receive feedback, work on personal/professional goals, and allows upper management to offer some transparency as well by allowing us to see overarching company goals. great and easy to use

What do you like best? i like that i can reminded myself of topics I need to bring up during my upcoming 1:1 sessions. There are also fewer surprises for topics that are brought up to me. I like the feature that I get an email reminder that I have an upcoming 1:1. User-friendly aesthetically pleasing performance review platform

What do you like best? I am able to leave unsolicited feedback for coworkers/direct reports which encourages timely feedback and creates a list of conversation points to refer back to in any face-to-face meetings. I love this feature because it allows me to recognize a coworker for doing an amazing job out at a client site in real time. What do you like best? The best part about Lattice is its modern approach to receiving and giving feedback. Everything is ordered nicely and neatly and is easy to use. What do you like best? I really liked that it is interactive, even though you have to write a little, the number ranking system is very appreciated. This facilitates interaction and I believe it reduces stress while knowing you are writing your peers review. What do you dislike?
