I wish there were more information as to how responses are handled in order to assure respondents that their responses are indeed anonymous and confidential. What do you like best? The most helpful part of Lattice is the goal management function. It displays goals in a visually appealing way, helps you stay on-track with end of year goals from quarter-to-quarter and gives you a friendly reminder to update goals. What do you like best? It is so easy to accurately and concisely write reviews for coworkers, yourself, etc. Out of all review platforms I have used in the past, Lattice is by far the most user friendly.
