Excellent User Experience

What do you like best? I appreciated the ease of use and auto save functions of the program. It's aesthetically pleasing and while it doesn't make the review process "super fun" by any means, it does make it significantly less painful. What do you dislike? Quick and Easy Employee Engagement

What do you like best? Love the reminders to employees that get sent automatically when deadlines are approaching. The ease of the question, the progress shown at the bottom of the screen. What do you dislike? I wish there was a save and continue editing feature while filling out our pulse surveys. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? There are regular prompts for feed back, that tie directly into status meetings or other forms of communication. You can set "goals" and track progress. What do you like best? The best thing is the ease with which I can create and manage goals and also update the progress of the goals. What do you like best? Lattice gives a lot of tools to use, not only the performance management cycle and everything is really easy and accessible. What do you dislike?
