Useful tool for remote worker based nonprofits.

What do you like best? Easy to use interface, simple instructions. Allows for multiple people to see what's going in within the organization. Super simple to add new OKR's and Key Results to a page. Great visualisations

What do you like best? The Goal Setting visualisations are a really neat way of ensuring company alignment. What do you dislike? The Slack integration isn't too clear to use. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Alignment across teams towards company goals is much better.

Easy to use platform with amazing customer service

What do you like best? Amazing customer support - from my first call with Lattice, they were super knowledgeable, personable, patient, and dedicated. It never faltered throughout the sales cycle and has continued since signing on as a customer. Simple But Efficient

What do you like best? What I like about Lattice is how simplified everything is. It doesn't attack your eyes with too much information. Its design is as vibrant as it is useful. Navigating feels fluid and honestly feels like anyone can do it. It's an excellent hub for both connectivity and growth. Fantastic program but does have it's low points

What do you like best? I like the 1:1 feature and goal setting. I like the feature to add private notes & other info that doesn't fall under the talking points. Most helpful feature is that I can add notes & talking points or comments as needed during the week before my scheduled 1:1.
