Easy to use and save a lot of time
What do you like best? It's very easy to share your feedback about you peers and also receive your manager feedback for each performance cycle. What do you dislike? So far I didn't encounter any issue using it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Checking my performance review and getting feedbacks from my team and my manager about my performance which motivates me. Also, giving feedback for my team mate who choose me as a reviewer.

Simple and easy to use
What do you like best? An easy way to provide and receive constructive feedback for development. I like that there are portions that are anonymous and others that are public, also, the layout is easy on the eyes, and isn't overcomplicated. What do you dislike? Overall, there isn't much to dislike, it never crashes and I have never encountered any bugs. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Most time in meetings where I have feedback ...

Simple but effective
What do you like best? The software is very easy to use and is intuitive. What do you dislike? The software is only one piece of the puzzle. You need to regularly get in there and make updates for it to be effective. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure that you keep your employees on top of it! It is easy to have this fall off of your radar because it is not a top priority, so you need to make it one. Goal tracking is one of my favorite features. ...

Easy to understand and effective to use
What do you like best? Very easy to set up your OKR's and even easier to put your self-review. What do you dislike? It may be better to have a tooltip or user guide somewhere easy to access so that a user can easily find out the solutions to their problems. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Using it in my team for self and peer review and setting up OKR's for the quarter and it's way better than the tools we have used earlier in ...

Simple, Clean & Effective
What do you like best? The visualisation of how my objectives and key results feed in and interact with my wider team (and company) is very clear and informative. What do you dislike? I would like to see improved functionality when navigating through different teams and the wider company. Currently, there is a lot of clicking back and forth is currently involved through various goals/objectives, and the next move/option is not alway obvious. The current mobile offering is slightly ...

Great feedback tool
What do you like best? The ability to be able to centralise feedback and targets into one place. What do you dislike? Can feel a little clunky when updating targets. The fact that you can only update the number with a 'post' is annoying. Sometimes you have nothing to post just want to have the latest numbers in there. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Centralised feedback. We had no real way to deliver consistent feedback or ...

Recommendations to others considering the product: Give it a try, it is very useful and has all the features you will need. What problems are you solving with the product? Great tool to keep up with the team!
What do you like best? Easily schedule 1:1s with team members, with the busy agenda of each coworker, we tend to skip these super useful encounters BUT Lattice is here to remind us that this is in fact super important! It's great to keep up with each team member, a space to interact no only towards goals but to also get to know each other. What do you dislike? Nothing about the tool, it's another extra tool to keep up with, so perhaps, the integration with Slack could go further! It ...
