What do you like best? Lattice does a lot of things very well, chief among them is keeping everyone honest when it comes to reviews and feedback. It allows for you to create goals, keep track of your performance, and communicate with your entire team in a different way than before. Convenient and easy to use!

What do you like best? I like how user-friendly it is and how helpful it is for staying on top of meetings and planning ahead for meetings. Being able to add notes to the talking points is also super helpful, because it keeps each person accountable for follow up activities required based on those talking points. What do you like best? I am new to the tool, however, I liked it from the first moment of use. The feedback sharing feature is very useful and helps in collaboration. Also, you can effectively follow your fellow's evolution with a powerful 1o1 feature set. What do you like best? Increased team transparency, ability to provide confidential feedback, and its easy to use/intuitive interface. What do you dislike? Nothing! Great Streamlined Management System

What do you like best? Lattice is a great way to stay on track, especially when it comes to setting goals over both the short- and long-term. It's easy to navigate and record updates. What do you dislike? The emails can be a bit excessive at times but I'm unsure if that's based on the way my company is using it internally. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? The most helpful thing about using Lattice is being able to streamline my notes, topics, and feedback for 1:1s. Previously, I had multiple Google Docs to keep track of shared notes and private notes for my team, and Lattice enables me to keep this all in one place.
