Simple, beautifully designed, and immensely helpful

What do you like best? Lattice has very simple approach to UI/UX. I love their clean design, and the site always feels responsive and modern. It's easy to manage 1:1 meetings and handle reviews. Our company has over 600 employees and Lattice has scaled effortlessly for us. There's very, very little to complain about. I truly appreciate how beautiful the platform is. We're also a very design-forward company, and so it's important for us to have vendors that take a similar approach. ...

What do you like best? Lattice allows us to praise to colleagues privately and publicly! Efforts are being recognized super easily with Lattice. Ease of Use!

What do you like best? The most helpful part of Lattice is my personal use of tracking goals and accomplishments. It is a great way for me to keep all of my 1:1s with my manager organized in one place. Previously, I just had a notepad application I used to write down my personal questions or tasks. Initially skeptical, very impressed

What do you like best? It is very helpful to organize my thoughts throughout the week prior to a 1 on 1 that my boss has visibility into. The mobile app really helped me and my boss get out of the office and go for walks while we sync. As an employee, it's great to be able to set time-stamped goals to bring up when it comes time for a performance review. What do you like best? Lattice makes it extremely easy to set goals, both for yourself and for your direct reports. It keeps everyone's workflow streamlined and ensures that employees are aware of their goals and how to achieve them.
