Great for Tracking!

What do you like best? Lattice makes managing my goals and projects with my manager that much easier. It is very easy to navigate and make/receive updates. I love it now as an employee and would have loved to be able to utilize Lattice in the past as a manager. The integration with Slack is great and helps make sure I never miss an update! Just what I needed to stay organized!

What do you like best? I love having a 1:1 scheduled with my boss, and it’s super helpful to have questions about goals guiding our discussion. Best of all, we can both see what we discussed last week and pick up where we left off. I also like that there’s an app and slack integration. I work remotely so having an org chart is also helpful to see where new employees work/what team they’re on. What do you dislike? So far, in about 2 weeks of use, no complaints! Great management tool!

What do you like best? Lattice is an amazing tool that helps me manage my team and their performance throughout the year. With the feedback feature, I'm able to publicly recognize team members for going above and beyond. I also love that I have a private feedback tool so I can keep notes throughout the year. User Friendly Management Tool

What do you like best? I've been using Lattice for a year. I like how easy that you can arrange one on one meeting 1:1 in a click. It linked to my google calendar and it gives you set of questions to run the meeting. It save me a lot of work for prepare the meet up. The update also allow me to see what my peeps has been working on and it is a simple way to keep track of projects. What do you dislike? Great for keeping me in the loop

What do you like best? Lattice has been a great tool in keeping myself and my team on track for what our priorities are. We are heavy users of weekly updates. It's a great exercise to help us focus on what we need to accomplish on a week by week basis. Great for keeping in touch with your team and working towards shared goals

What do you like best? Lattice is super helpful with keeping a clear approach to sharing team goals and working towards them. What do you dislike? There's not a lot I dislike. It's a little hard to see team updates, but once you know where to find them it's all good to go. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use Lattice to share team updates, goals, and feedback to help keep us all focused.

Very powerful management tool

What do you like best? It allows me to keep track of all my 1:1s and the goals of my team. It also sync with my calendar to keep track of my 1:1s. What do you dislike? I didn't find negative things on this platform yet. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm able to keep notes of 1:1s and goals in just one place which can be shared with the other members of my team.

Excellent way to track OKRs and provide internal feedback!

What do you like best? I really like how clean and easy it is to share feedback to my manager as well as keeping tracking of my personal work goals. Great Streamlined Review Tool

What do you like best? I love the accessibility and transparency of it. It allows me to see my feedback in one place as well as the goals that were set for my managers to attain. It's a one-stop shop for anything I need to know to monitor my own performance and that of my managers. What do you dislike?
