Easy tool to use for managing your work and communication with manager

What do you like best? It is very helpful to organize my thoughts throughout the week for the 1:1 with my manager, with that you can also organize your tasks. What do you dislike? When the 1:1 was changed to another day, it didn't keep up with Google Calendar and lost all the talking points that were written before. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? I love how easy it is to use. I don't have to go spelunking through forums or YouTube videos to find out how this works. Its incredibly intuitive and I love that you can tell people spent time making sure it was easy to use. What do you dislike? Nothing! What do you like best? I enjoy that I am able to easily communicate with my manager, who is located across the country, and it feels as if we are in the same office space. Eeasy to use, Very helpful

What do you like best? Lattice was very helpful when i wanted to organise my schedule, work flow and meeting with my colleagues. It was very easy to set the goals for every team member in order to achieve the best results. What do you dislike? It's even harder to say as Lattice is so easy to use that i'm not sure is there something to dislike in this tool.
