What do you like best? Pressureless peer review process is the thing that I like the most. The quick and intuitive user interface helps you manage the reviews you need to leave and the ones you have. Also picking peers that will review yourself is really helpful. the message about too many requests to a certain person was really a plus. Lattice make managing my teams growth goals easy!

What do you like best? I love that I can add talking points to upcoming one on ones and take notes right in Lattice that both my reports and I can view. Lattice makes managing my team's growth plans easy. Tracking OKRs and looking back on reviews is seamless and intuitive. What do you dislike? Super simple and easy to use

What do you like best? Of all the tools we've tried at my current company, this has been the best so far! It's simple and easy to use for both employees & managers. Nice UI and it’s easy to launch 360 reviews. What do you dislike? There is not a lot to dislike about lattice. I personally did not have any difficulties when I started using it. What do you like best? Ease of use and layout of the site, very easy to locate/find next steps and navigate What do you dislike? The optional options should be bolded more, it hard to see at one glance which fields are optional when submitting a review. What problems are you solving with the product? Great way to keep track of 1:1s on a weekly basis

What do you like best? It allows the manager and employee to customize questions on a weekly basis. Depending on the time of the year, I can discuss with my employee what is happening in the current quarter or if it is review cycle time, reflect on the past year. What do you dislike? Excellent tool to help stay on track and provide feedback!

What do you like best? My current employer uses Lattice for our performance reviews and OKRs. For our performance reviews, we're using Lattice between 4-5 times a year and the process for submitting both self and manager reviews is seamless. Regarding OKRs, our company sets our company OKRs and they are visible to the entire organization.
