What do you like best? The usability of Lattice is INCREDIBLE. We needed a consistent way of scheduling recurring one-on-ones with our team and Lattice was the answer. What do you like best? creating sub goals and having it flow to the main goal. seeing the goals of higher ups and what I am working towards then seeing how they flow together.
