What do you like best? I like the accountability of the platform. Peer to peer and manager to subordinate check ins are sometimes forgotten. Lattice organizes and schedules things nicely for you and your team. What do you dislike? Sometimes there seems to be kinks with the way it syncs to Google calendar and other outside calendars. Lattice makes it easy to set goals

What do you like best? The quality of the site is great. I like that if you spend a lot of time typing something, and then accidentally hit the back button in the browser (happens a lot with MacBooks) everything you typed remains in the fields. What do you like best? My company started using Lattice one year ago to help us track our growth goals. I set goals for the year and with Lattice I was able to achieve my personal goals! Easy to use, effective feedback tool.

What do you like best? I find my weekly 1:1 data being saved and shown between my manager and myself showcases areas that I have struggled in, as well as highlights regions where I have shown growth. Having this data continuously saved and observed makes self reflection and review cycles a breeze. What do you dislike? Easy to use and immensely helpful

What do you like best? It's beneficial to see your feedback from others when filling out the reviews. It allows discussion with the managers to review performance and goals for the quarter or year. It allows setting both work goals and personal goals and then it sends you weekly reminders to update your progress which helps in tracking your goals. What do you like best? Love the integration with Slack/how it pulls in data from previous reviews; easy UI What do you dislike? Long forms tend to look really long; collapsable question containers may make what really aren't long review forms feel shorter What problems are you solving with the product?
