What do you like best? easy to assign and coordinate feedback reports between colleagues. No matter the style between management, coworkers, leadership, interns, I'm able to easily contribute feedback, and review this at will. Clean, Minimal Performance Management Tool

What do you like best? Interface is a simple and intuitive webapp with minimal clutter; we generally use it for manager weekly 1-on-1 meetings. Lattice helps to guide, but not overstructure the discussion. I really like how I can view all my 1-on-1's where I have items written in lattice and see what the outcomes of my week or the shared notes are. Slack app integration is very good. What do you like best? We started using Lattice half year ago. This tool help me track my monthly goals. My manager set goals for the each month and with Lattice I am able to control and achieve my personal goals. Every week I am updated with my progress and I can control it. Delightful experience

What do you like best? My company uses Lattice to enhance employee experience. Without knowing the backend side of Lattice and only using it as a regular employee, I love it.
