Seems simple enough

What do you like best? Only had one interaction so far, but it was pretty smooth. The system just asks a few questions, all carefully phrased, and asks for answers. Excellent Performance Management Platform

What do you like best? Lattice is very user-friendly, and makes it easy to not only provide reviews, but see the feedback that you received yourself. It's very clear at the top of the page when you have outstanding tasks, but guides you through those tasks step-by-step. Seeing everything online is a great alternative then having to print out past reviews and keep them for your own record. Does what it does well

What do you like best? Lattice is best for aggregating feedback in general. When it came time for my review, it was nice to see all of the feedback I've been given over time in one place. On the flip side, managers should be able to view all of the reviews given to their direct reports, which is easy to consume as a part of the review process. What do you dislike? Helpful but a bit hard to navigate when updating OKR's

What do you like best? The transparency I have with my team because of this website is very helpful! What do you dislike? Entering/updating goals involves too many clicks. That, and I can't seem to link meetings to my Outlook Calendar. I will look into this. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Transparency with the team, increased communication. It helps to have everyone updating their goals on one single platform.
