What do you like best? I have been using Lattice since for 3 months now and I love how this system not only provides me with organizational information, but also allows me to request and provide feedback and maintain a record of performance management meetings and notes. What do you like best? Task management is great. You can easily see what are your open tasks and reviews you need to submit, and act on it What do you dislike? My favorite performance platform so far

What do you like best? User experience for creating and updating goals is really nice. I especially like the "Plan your 1:1" feature, which I use to take notes with my supervisor. Simple but Efficient - a great tool for keeping track of goals for yourself and your wider team!

What do you like best? Lattice is very user-friendly and easy to use.
