Love the ease of use

What do you like best? I love the benefit the leads and contributors can get, knowing how employees are feeling is huge. What do you dislike? nothing yet, loving every bit of it so far What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Simple, intuitive, and fast

What do you like best? Really like the simple, minimalistic style/feel of the platform. Helped me be able to focus on the tasks I needed to complete rather than getting distracted by the platform. Makes it clear where you are in the review process and what you need to finish to move on to the next step. What do you dislike? Fast and Great for Personal Development!

What do you like best? There so much I like about Lattice. I've never used a platform like this but It's SO easy to use and navigate. Great tool for company, managers and employees

What do you like best? We have upgraded the tool and have office bot set up on this for any feedback to the company. I love the integration on giving Kudos to team members - its a great way to acknowledge the individuals for the work they are doing. I continue to use the talking points when I speak with my manager so I am able to track everything we discuss and use it for my review. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Lattice is extremely user-friendly. It's easy to write reviews and see the feedback that you received yourself. Also it's easy to see any outstanding tasks, making it a lot easier to keep track of rather than having endless notebooks/notes. What do you dislike?
