What do you like best? My favourite part of Lattice is the 121 section, as a manager with 25 direct reports it has made my life a lot easier and more organised! It's now a pleasure to prep, execute and followup on my 121s. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Lattice has a nice user design and functionality. It allows for weekly updates and check-ins, goal setting, and quarterly 360 reviews. You are easily able to select peer reviews from colleagues and save your work without risking losing what you have written. It is also nice that you can access historical reviews and updates. What do you like best? The interface is intuitive and and easy to use, allowing me to quickly adding information on my employees for review. Manage Goals and 1:1's

What do you like best? I love that I can keep track of my goals and the progress of my goals. I can add notes where I see fit. The entire team can see if I wanted to make it available to them and offer me feedback based on the goals that I decided to set. I also love that it is an easy platform for 1:1. What do you like best? It is very user friendly and makes our annual review process easy! I also like that it collects your feedback from peers and keeps it easy to access as you do your own self review. What do you dislike? Great Platform

What do you like best? Easy to keep track and schedule whatever meetings necessary. What do you dislike? Just started using Lattice. The initial setup for our users could've been easier. Easy to use Performance Management Program

What do you like best? I love being able to go back to any point in time and see my past performance updates and notes. It's very helpful to have everything in one place, and it's a very easy tool to use. What do you dislike? I wish that for the quarterly reviews, you could change the star rating system because it's one thing to rate yourself on a scale of 1 to 5, but another to see what each star is supposed to mean.. "greatly exceeds expectations" is equal to a 4, for example. ...

A Great Tool for People and Performance Management

What do you like best? Lattice has worked well to manage and track performance across our 40+ person organization. We're using it to conduct weekly one-on-one checkins with Direct Reports, as a tool for employees to give shoutouts and feedback to each other both privately and publicly and for managing our annual reviews. A user-friendly platform with a clean interface that leaves little to be desired.

What do you like best? The user-friendliness. For new employees, it's easy to get the hang of Lattice quickly, which is pretty important considering how overwhelming an on-boarding process can be. It also makes it easy for seasoned employees, or those who are used to an alternative platform to start using Lattice. What do you dislike? Lack of calendar view. What do you like best? What I like best about the platform is that it provides great insights and clarity, it's easy to use.
