What do you like best? I like how easy it is to locate the people you work with and how simple it is to just write your review. Very intuitive app. What do you dislike? Not sure if already exists but if it had an api that would allow customers to give more visibility to Lattice in their own portals. I feel like you dont get to see lattice data unless you go to the app when its review time. It would be awesome if there would be something that make it more inviting to go into the app ...

Great way to give and receive 360 feedback, encourages personal development and communication

What do you like best? The 360 nature of the feedback allows a flow of feedback in all directions. This brings new perspective and understanding across departments. What do you dislike? Sometimes if you're nominated to give feedback on a lot of colleagues it can be time consuming. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? As a fast growing company keeping an eye on culture and keeping cohesion between departments is really important to us.

What do you like best? I like the fact that the platform doesn't get in the way. Navigation is intuitive. On my first use I was able to locate the reviews I needed to complete without having to search around for them. I really like the auto save feature. It's one less thing to worry about when you're trying to complete you're reviews. It's also nice that you can look back at you're past goals and reviews. Great Performance Tool

What do you like best? Lattice provides a great tool to be able to provide and receive performance feedback in such an intuitive layout. It allows me to layout some talking points for 1:1s. I can add things throughout the week, so when it comes time for the meeting, I'm prepared with important things to discuss. Brilliant - Simple & Effective

What do you like best? We have been using Lattice for 6 months or so now. It makes our process of weekly updates and 1-1's much easier. Even tracking personal goals, both short and long term is so much easier now, it gives Line Managers a chance to look in how everyone is doing and really speeds up the whole process.
