What do you like best? Its really easy to track my work progress during the periods the company establishes. I can update the progress, keep notes, edit or write new goals. What do you like best? I really like the way this system helps me to communicate with my boss by bringing up topics from the past and never forget about things so that all hands are in action. What do you like best? Ability to schedule, review and make plans for 1:1s. Takes a lot of the work off of my plate so I can focus on what's important What do you dislike? What do you like best? The Lattice Performance Management system had been recently implemented into our workflow to manage our quarterly OKRs. The open feedback mechanism really helps in integrating positive reinforcement among team members by giving credit where its due. What do you dislike? Great all-in-one tool for Managers!

What do you like best? The 1x1 formats are clean and easy to use. It provides us with space to write items to review and notes for the actual meeting as well. I love being able to assign OKRs to team members and the ability to have shared OKRs with colleagues - as well as the ability to update individually. Great tool to monitor the performance of an employee

What do you like best? The ease of using it. How it beautifully integrates with the Slack application. Whenever someone is giving a shoutout to another employee, since it is integrated with the Slack channel, the Lattice pushes a notification in slack letting everybody know about it. What do you like best? Lattice is extremely user friendly and a great way to provide feedback to teams and conduct 1:1s. Love how simple it makes to be transparent in an organization.
