A great platform for performance reviews

Lattice is extremely helpful.

What do you like best? Lattice has been such a helpful everyday tool for myself, my co-workers, and my boss... setting goals and just keeping up with communicating my weekly goals and accomplishments What do you dislike? I do not dislike anything that has to do with Lattice. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Lattice has helped me achieve all my daily and long term goals.

Huge Improvement

What do you like best? Prior to using Lattice, we did employee reviews via Google Forms so this was a huge improvement with a lot less manual effort required to consolidate feedback from multiple reviewers. Centralized dashboard, email reminders, clean/self-explanatory interface was a huge win. What do you dislike? Very organized and easy to use database

What do you like best? I appreciate how user friendly it is. Each section for my direct reports was organized. What do you dislike? It would be good if my direct reports could see the 1-5 scale and what each meant. Recommendations to others considering the product: Would definitely recommend! Lattice is a Fantastic Tool for requesting feedback and getting 1:1 reviews that matter

What do you like best? The seamless nature of Lattice helps me stay organized internally when it comes to keeping track of my quarterly reviews. What do you dislike? Completely changed the way we approach Performance Reviews

What do you like best? Before using Lattice we had different tools for defining and tracking OKRs and for employee performance reviews. Now with both things living at the same place, the way we approach Performance Reviews has changed. We can now see that the reviews are much more objective and tied to specific outcomes that have happened, rather than some general phrases we'd sometimes see in reviews. Amazing Goal Manager & Performance Tracking System

What do you like best? I love how streamlined the whole system is and how easy it is for employees to set and manage goals. What do you dislike? Nothing. I haven’t found a thing I don’t like about Lattice! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are solving goal management/tracking issues. There are so many benefits to using this system and I truly believe that it is instrumental to agent success.

Incredible tool for performance review and goals tracking

What do you like best? Almost all the features of this tool are very useful. Personally, we use the tool for career check and performance review and the functionality for goals tracking is very good.
