Great for scheduling and keeping track of your meetings and agendas

What do you like best? Allows me to keep track of all the meetings and agendas. What do you dislike? Great so far, but no functionality to share agendas and meetings with several people, i.e., supervisor meeting with several supervisees at once, What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking results, keeping agenda and meetings in one place attched to the quarterly goals

The software you didn't know you needed, but absolutely do.

What do you like best? I appreciate the automation and follow-ups. What do you dislike? There's nothing I dislike about Lattice. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It helps me stay organized and on top of my team's workload. In ensures that we're regularly touching base while also providing a snapshot into each employee's days and weeks at any point.

Easy to Use!

What do you like best? User friendly and makes it easier to receive feedback and focus on areas of improvement. What do you dislike? I have nothing that stands out as negative thus far. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is easier to keep track with goals set for each quarter by my manager and make sure I am keeping on track.

It is the first time I am using Lattice and has been great.

What do you like best? I think we get used to feedback, try to structure it more than before and think in scalable goals in a daily way. Has been one year and I am sure I can see my performance increase with de 1:1 registering and the check ins. What do you dislike?
