HUGE improvement for 1:1s!

What do you like best? I love that Lattice has visuals to accompany your goals! Having the graphic to see how far I have made it, or still need to, on a project has been encouraging. What do you like best? I like the updates feature! It keeps me up to speed on what my team is working on and allows them to feel more accomplished by seeing things getting checked off their list. What do you like best? Allows me to easily communicate updates updates to people who need them without feeling tedious. The process doesn't feel overbearing and the amount of customization available for each type of update makes the feedback more accurate and more valuable. What do you dislike? Great for tracking objectives

What do you like best? Managing team objectives, booking 121's, providing recognition, and asking for feedback from peers. What do you dislike? Notifications show up in slack but can be changed in settings. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm easily able to track my team's performance, identify their goals, and set new objectives.
