Lattice makes sharing feedback fun and easy!

What do you like best? Prior to Lattice, it was extremely difficult to share what you felt about a colleague, whether it be positive or negative feedback. Since using Lattice, it fixed this historically difficult challenge allowing me to share my thoughts either publicly or privately about my colleagues. What do you dislike? Lattice has helped make feedback and review a cleaner, more organized process!

What do you like best? I like that Lattice is connected to our IdP so I can name a person I want to give feedback to and it will automatically allow me to share that feedback with their manager as well. It's a lot easier than having to look up manually and the ease of it makes me more likely to give feedback and use the tool. Comprehensive software for building, maintaining, and improving team performance

What do you like best? I enjoy the integrations with platforms like slack that allow you to give praise to other team members via Lattice. Good separation of different organizations to track a variety of OKRs, as well as insight into individual teams and their manager/peer structures. What do you dislike? Great Review System

What do you like best? Clean UX/UI, easy to use. It's dead simple - it just works. What do you dislike? A few missing features - example: the ability to retroactively modify permissions/privacy of feedback would be great. Recommendations to others considering the product: Keep up the great work! Clear, clean UI that really simplifies the performance management process.

What do you like best? Huge improvement over my companies old process for performance reviews, great for revisiting notes and and peer reviews, all in one place. What do you dislike? Might be useful to have some way to export notes from one on ones or integrate action items with something like jira What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking performance across multiple review cycles and in between with 1 on 1s in a consistent way.

Quality product with great UI

What do you like best? The responsive and attractive UI makes it easy to manage team member performance. What do you dislike? The 1:1 flow seems a little bit restrictive, I like to have free form 1:1s rather than being locked into a template with fixed questions. What problems are you solving with the product?
