What do you like best? UI simplicyty, options to share feedback publicly, privately, privately + manager and more! It's super call that you can do all of this via Slack integration. What do you like best? Lattice has been extremely helpful for me, as the company I work for shifts teams quite often. As a people manager when I join a new team to manage or have someone new join in, all I have to do is log into Lattice and look at the detailed summary and reviews that people in the new team had received to know how their performance has been, as well as where there is room for improvement. Lattice gives us transparency and efficient communications

What do you like best? The 1:1 schedule notification and company structure keeps the transparency between communication. And the emotion tag keeps us very easy to express our feelings without the need to write up a lot of text. Also, the management level is easier to identify the abnormal behavior earlier. What do you like best? Lattice is easy to use and helpful in 1:1s especially. It integrates very well with Slack and other apps that we use. Performance reviews, shoutouts, and praise are a breeze, and are awesome tools, especially in a remote organization. With 1:1s, you can comment on points prior to the meeting that you'd like to cover, which is a benefit for both the manager and subordinate. What do you like best? I love the simplicity and how welcoming this platform is for employers/employees. In these strange times, it is not so easy to keep in contact with management and peers. Lattice allows for planned meetings, give/receive updates and feedbacks!! This is especially important when there are constant updates and changes to job procedures and staying up to date is vital. Excellent for managing 1-1s

What do you like best? I really like Lattice for it’s features around planning and managing 1-1s. It sync with my calendar, it has a great slack integration to send me reminders to plan and review my 1-1s with my direct reports and my manager as well. What do you dislike? Sometimes when you are on 1-1s meeting page and refresh the browser, it presents a blank screen. Usually fixed by hard refresh or deleting all cookies from browser.
