Simple and Effective 1:1's
What do you like best? I love the simplicity of creating and managing my 1:1's with Lattice. My team can go in and add to the questions that are pre-existing from Lattice, or customize their own questions/notes for us to review when we sync. The alerts and notifications are also extremely helpful reminders for both myself and my team. What do you dislike? No complaints at the moment. Still fairly new into using with the team. What problems are you solving with the product? What ...

Great Performance Management Platform
What do you like best? I like that it encourages positive reinforcement amongst your team What do you dislike? Nothing to really dislike, can't think of anything. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? With other companies, there were not really any tangible incentives to promote "shout-outs" with team-members. With Lattice, this is not the case.

Lattice - helping managers "reach" their team
What do you like best? The best feature of Lattice is its ability to connect the management and the team. It also manages to keep employees engaged regardless of their current location. What do you dislike? It's still lacking in functionality when it comes to getting to know your coworkers. A great and insightful companion
What do you like best? Lattice is easy to use and makes it very easy to share feedback with upper management. What do you dislike? There aren't many downsides to the platform. However if I have to complain about one thing, it would be making goals a bit more robust. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's worth every penny the company spends on it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Self evaluation, ...

A user-friendly application for managing meetings!
What do you like best? I really appreciate the interface and aesthetic of Lattice because I think it makes the application pretty inviting and accesible-- and motivating to use. I like that in the updates component of the program it has a space for generally rating using a smiley face how I'm feeling on that day coupled with the open-ended questions about my week/day. I feel like Lattice is able to frame things from a qualitative/personal and quantitative/professional lens in this way, ...

Great interface!
What do you like best? It's easy to use and has a great interface. I love using it for 1:1 and quarterly reviews, it's accessible and clear on how to complete tasks. In addition, we've used Lattice for company surveys such as cultural evaluations, which company values are most important to us as an individual, and overall proceeds of my company. Overall, Lattice has been a great product to work with, and I would highly recommend it! What do you dislike? There is a lot of ...

Smooth, Friendly, and Helpful
What do you like best? I love the well-designed UI. It's welcoming, easy to use and figure out how to get what you need, and really snappy. Feedback feature is fantastic, and I absolutely love Lattice Office Party game. I work at a remote-first company, and it's very important to be able to put a face to a name; Office Party helps with this a lot and it's fun to play every now and again. 1:1 feature is also pretty neat as it suggests what topics were discussed in the past and offers an ...

Fast, no fuss and very convenient.
What do you like best? From my experience, most of tools like this tend to be over-detailed and have too many thing to do. What do you dislike? The last step to get to the submit part, I needed to figure it out how to enable that submit button. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The benefit is to set the short team goal.
