What do you like best? Lattice is so simple to use and a great way to give credit where it is due. People can get and give the shoutouts that are deserved and they can be seen by people to know how much of a good job someone is doing. What do you dislike? Simplified personal development
What do you like best? My company have only just started using Lattice. So far i'm benefitting from automatic reminders, easy accessibility which is simplifying me personal development. What do you dislike? I currently don't have anything negative to say about the programme. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? All personal development goals are in one place and i'm better prepared for 1:1 meetings.

Fantastic UI
What do you like best? Lattice is straightforward to use and keeps me organized when it comes to performance management. What do you dislike? This is a very sophisticated and cool product for all HR activities you need.
What do you like best? There are a lot of useful features in Lattice. The ones which I like about it most are the frequent Pulse surveys. It allows you to set your quarterly goal. You can request 1:1 with your manager here. It also comes with some fun games like office party. For a new employee like me Lattice had a been a great help. What do you dislike? One of the most best people management tool I ever used.
What do you like best? My favorite tool is the feedback tool. I can request and send feedbacks from my teammates. I also like Goal Settings tool. What do you dislike? Great tool to evaluate Goals & Performance
What do you like best? It is very easy to create OKR's and track it using Percentage. What do you dislike? Currently I don't have anything to say about it. Recommendations to others considering the product: It is a very nice tool to work on Performance Management, setting OKR's and evaluate performance tracking on timely basis. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is easy to interact with higher management.

What do you like best? The notification that lets me know when I have something due soon. What do you dislike? It's a little disconnected from the rest of what we use in Rippling. User friendly and provides valuable insights
What do you like best? The friendly UI makes tasks easy to to complete and navigate. I really enjoy being able to provide my org and management with valuable insights on a weekly basis.
