What do you like best? Lattice's layout of 1:1's, objectives, reviews, and team personnel makes everything easy to find and allows for a painless user experience. What do you like best? Lattice is extremely easy to navigate and very intuitive. I just underwent the best performance review experience I've ever had because there wasn't any confusion as to which reviews I still needed to complete and had pending, and which ones I'd completed successfully. What do you like best? - I love the goal-setting feature. You can track and log your progress throughout the year so when you get to your annual review you already have everything you need in one place. - 1:1 meetings are great as well - you can create agendas and checklists as you go. - Also, a nice touch that our organization implemented is the bi-weekly updates.
