Great product. Easy to use. I use it about twice a month for my meetings.
What do you like best? Very user friendly. I really like the list of all my coworkers and their contact info--we are a fast growing start up and it's hard to put faces to names when we have been working from home for so long. What do you dislike? Create notifications signal somewhere on the home page. Recommendations to others considering the product: User friendly. I have had no issues with using the site and it has been very helpful for myself and coworkers. What ...

Super user-frendly and great for your business!
What do you like best? The goal setting option is great for keeping you on track especially when working in a big group! What do you dislike? In case you want to go deeper into the app and take as much advantage of it you will most likely need some basic training. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The greatest benefit of them all, is that you can now write and give feedback to your employees/ co-workers which is super useful if ...

Great way to connect with co-workers
What do you like best? Integrated with Slack, Lattice helps me become more connected to my peers via Updates and 1 on 1s. It provides an efficient and user-friendly avenue to share my thoughts and issues, and discuss about them with my boss. What do you dislike? The email notifications are pretty easy to miss. Especially if your email is always flooded with hundreds of entries every day. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The ...

Giving feedback, viewing feedback given to you, and going through the company directory is also easy. What do you dislike? So far I have been quite pleased with Lattice, so I cannot point to any dislikes at the moment. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having core HR ...

Lattice is Awesome!
What do you like best? Lattice is extremely easy to navigate and very intuitive. I just underwent the best performance review experience I've ever had because there wasn't any confusion as to which reviews I still needed to complete and had pending, and which ones I'd completed successfully. The layout of Lattice is very nice to look at, and I LOVE that it automatically saves what you're typing in real-time so that you never lose your work! I also love how you can submit shout-outs to ...

Great! Easy to use performance management software.
What do you like best? - I love the goal-setting feature. You can track and log your progress throughout the year so when you get to your annual review you already have everything you need in one place. - 1:1 meetings are great as well - you can create agendas and checklists as you go. - Also, a nice touch that our organization implemented is the bi-weekly updates. It gives me a chance to reflect on what I did over the last two weeks and what I can improve on. What do you ...
